Before submitting your request, we recommend reviewing our leotards, shorts and leggings policy below to make sure your item is eligible for return or exchange.

Step 2 : Submit your request

Click HERE and complete the Return / Exchange / Refund Online Form. Make sure to select the correct option and provide your order details so we can process your request as quickly as possible.

Step 3 : Send your item back

Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and ship or drop them off at:

Once your return is received and approved, your refund or replacement order will be processed and shipped within 72 hours.

Policy rules

Leotards, shorts & leggings

Due to hygiene reasons, leotards and apparel items are subject to specific return conditions. Please read the information below carefully before submitting a return or exchange request.

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days after delivery.
  • Leotards must be tried on with underwear.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item presents a quality issue.
  • All Sale & Discounted items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Equipment & accessories

Equipment and accessories have a separate return policy due to their nature and usage conditions. Please ensure your item meets the requirements below.

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days after delivery.
  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • All items are subject to inspection before approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item presents a quality issue.

Once we receive your return, any applicable credit will be processed within five business days. Your bank may require additional time to reflect the refund.
