Return Policies

* Our policy lasts 15 days after delivery. 
If 15 days have gone by since your product has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

* Please try on leotards with underwear to be eligible for return or exchange

* Returns & refund accepted on packed, unwashed, unworn leotards within 15 days

* Shipping fees are non-refundable

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

* Shipping fees are non-refundable
Gym Elite Sportswear Ltd (GES)
will cover the shipping fees for the return of any item presenting a quality issue.

If you need to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, please email support@gymelitesportswear.com for the shipping address and return information. We will respond within two business days.  Returns are due within 15 days of purchase and must be in new, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags (if applicable) attached. Items are subject to inspection and credit will not be processed for items that do not meet "new" condition criteria.

Once we receive your return, credit (if applicable) will be processed within five business days and we will send you email confirmation. Your banking institution may require additional time to process the credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping is paid by the customer and not provided by Gym Elite Sportswear Ltd (GES). You may use whichever method of shipping is best for you.
